If you're having trouble signing in, this guide will help you understand what's happening and how to get access.
Choose the correct login option
You can sign in to the Thrive Client Portal using one of three methods:
Sign in with Microsoft – for users whose organization uses Microsoft 365 or Azure AD
Sign in with Google – for users whose organization uses Google Workspace
Sign in with Email – for users who don't use Microsoft or Google SSO
💡 Tip: Use the same work email address Thrive uses to communicate with you (for example, the one used for invoices or support tickets).
Email-based login (6-digit code)
If you select Sign in with Email, you'll receive a 6-digit verification code from: Thrive Portal <portal@thrivenextgen.com>
The code is valid for 2 hours. If it expires, click "Resend Code."
Check your Spam or Other folders if you don't see the message.
Add portal@thrivenextgen.com to your safe senders list to ensure delivery.
Microsoft or Google login issues
If you see a message like "Admin consent required," "You can't access this app," or similar when using Microsoft or Google:
This usually means your organization's security settings are preventing access.
It's not a problem with the Thrive Client Portal itself.
These settings are part of your company's Microsoft or Google tenant configuration.
Thrive can assist if your organization requests it, but we can't change these settings on our own. If you believe access should be allowed, please contact your IT administrator or Thrive team so we can coordinate with them.
You might not have an account yet
If you've never logged into the Thrive Client Portal before, your account may not exist in our system yet.
Please reach out to the Thrive team with your name, company, and the email address you're trying to use. We'll confirm whether your account has been provisioned and help you get access.
